Over 60 percent of U.S. consumers interviewed in a 2022 survey stated that they want a universal listing to find TV shows from any source, up from 55 percent of respondents in the previous survey period. As more and more TV and video streaming providers and devices have entered the market in recent years, it has become increasingly difficult for viewers to find content they would like to watch. As such, it is not surprising that the demand for such a search function for TV series across all platforms is rather high.
